Pricing questions

Why connect Outlook before paying?

So SentRules can verify the Microsoft account that will own the subscription before checkout. That prevents a paid purchase from being stranded without an account to activate.

Does SentRules need to be installed?

No. The current launch is web-first. After setup, nothing has to stay open. A Microsoft Store ribbon shortcut can be added later as a convenience.

Can I manage or cancel the subscription?

Yes. SentRules Manager opens Stripe's customer billing portal for subscription management.

Does SentRules send email for me?

No. Outlook sends your message normally. SentRules works on the confirmed sent copy afterward.
